Get SMART, a great health plan for small businesses
space
The Georgia Chamber has teamed up with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield (Anthem) to offer small business employers with at least two employees enrolled on their medical plan and no more than 50 eligible employees an opportunity to participate in a larger, self-funded pool. This way, they can join together to share in the overall claims risk and have financial protection backed by Anthem.
This is a value-add for our small business members. Small business is the backbone of our economy – let’s face it – eighty percent of the jobs come from small business. Through our partnership with the Georgia Chamber, we can offer our small business members this opportunity for cost-savings. The Georgia Chamber has recently added new resources to make the process of signing up as easy as possible. We encourage our qualifying members to look into the Chamber SMART plan, and reach out if you have any questions.
Anything the Chamber can do to support our local small business partners and provide resources to keep them up and running as efficiently as possible is something we will always advocate for.
