Chamber Initiatives
Chairman's Club: This program provides recognition and additional value for those members investing in the Chamber at a level significantly above the dues schedule; levels include Cornerstone (+ $10,000), Gold (+ $5,000), Silver (+ $1,000), and Bronze (+ $500).
"Macon Now!": Macon Now! plan provides the direction and generates the resources that will significantly enhance the effectiveness of both the Chamber and the Macon Economic Development Commission (MEDC). Macon Now! is a dynamic plan that leverages new and existing assets to grow our region’s economy.
SCORE (Senior Core of Retired Executives)- SCORE is a program allowing individuals wanting to start a business to attend a counseling session with a retired executive volunteer. This is a great opportunity for these individuals to ask questions, and get advice on the steps that need to be taken to run a successful business. SCORE counselors are in the Chamber office each Wednesday morning. Appointments can be made by calling (478) 621-2000.
